yall what do i do I’m 14.5 yo and170 cm. Over the last 6 months I’ve barely grown at all maybe 1 or 2 cm. I take care of my sleep, diet, training...My dad is 177 cm, my mom is 165 cm, and my sister is 176 cm

im 6'4 at 17 i was 6'3 at 15 and 6'2 at 14 and 5'11 at 13
