14M, and i have not experienced any growth in about a year, so i’m basically just asking if this is completely normal

either you havent started hitting your spurts yet or your growth plates are fused which is very unlikley at 14 i'd check for growth fusion signs and jst try my best to not be nutrient deficient

Because of the way how growth spurts work it can definitely happen that you don't notice any signs of growth in a year

I’ve had a spurt at 11, and after the spurt i’ve only grew like 2 inches

So ur saying, that the growth plates can take a break for a while and then start up again?

just check for your growth plates if they are fused then go buy a rope
