so ive had these height boosting insoles for about a month now and have been wearing them almost everyday for atleast 30 minutes and sometimes up to 5 hours. Obviously they have treated me very well in the sense that it has, by the name, increased my height but something to be cautious about when wearing them. I didn't really consider it as a thing that could happen before buying them/wearing them tbh but within 2 weeks of wearing them i was getting pain in my lower back that would hurt when bending over to pick something up or when i layed in bed for the first time, to get into a comfy and relaxed position it would hurt ALOT for around 10 seconds before it would go away and i was fully relaxed and decrompressed in beds. fast forward to now my back is still in the same pain and is now just more annoying than anything and after some research found that the cause is likely to do with the insoles and that other people have seen the same effect like in the study https://pdfs.semanticscholar.org/2466/3996b145c2eec09b18526092b854287b9b55.pdf
I will still use them but take a break for the next 2-3 weeks to see if the issue persists and if it goes away will adjust the amount i wear them accordingly.
REMINDER, this is just my experience and it could be different for others but im just posting to let others know in the off chance it does happen because this shit is actually so painful...
