HEIGHTCELS HAVE BEEN CURED INSTANT 1-2 INCH LIFT PERMANENTLY- GTIFIHHHH!

the unnatural incline is much the same with heel implants no? it's not necessarily about the ankle joint but more so about the actual dissimilarity of the heel relative to the toes(arch disrupted etc) as I understand it🤔
Your entire idea relies on the assumption that an internal implant behaves like a wedge inserted into a shoe. External shoe lifts ruin posture because they create a mechanical hinge at the midfoot, forcing the heel up while the ball of the foot stays flat against a fixed shoe bed. This steep angle is what strains the longitudinal arch, shortens the Achilles tendon, and causes anterior pelvic tilt. The shoe forces the foot into an unnatural slope because the external footwear cannot adapt to the bone.
An internal biomimetic implant avoids this because human tissue is viscoelastic. It is placed deep beneath the plantar fascia, meaning the entire soft tissue envelope, muscles, and fascia naturally stretch and remold around the new structural volume during the post-op recovery phase. The foot arch doesn't collapse; it scales up organically to accommodate the new bone profile. The baseline relationship between the heel strike plane and the toes remains completely flat and neutral relative to the ground. You aren't tilting the rear foot on a slope; you are vertically expanding the structural blueprint of the calcaneus itself.

very unfortunate. I didn’t find this forum from anywhere. Bored kid with no insecurity I googled “how to look better” out of boredom. wasn’t even insecure and i found myself here:feelswhy:
I knew about the general idea of looksMaxing in 2019 was still to young to understand shit tho so all I thought was my chin was fucked because of the mentalis muscle, then same year I found out that my chin was mildly recessed so tried to rope and failed then just did research at home until 2021-2022 kshami also found org at the same time then decided to lurk on here no account until around clavs time because I was too afraid ppl on here would flame the shit out of my face, thank god I js got advice and never posted face anyways now I look better and can make good threads and still get zero pussy what a journey

bro this just is not true; implants work for fixing flat footedness BECAUSE the arch does not adapt but instead remains the same whereas all that which is around it changes; going by that logic, the arch will not adapt to a heel implant for the sole purpose of height growth and will lend itself instead to the stressors typically associated with wearing high-heeled shoes.

Even if you could, theoretically, manage to make it so as for there to be a retaining of the foot's natural arch, this would still be a crazy(and noticeable) hassle practically: you would need special shoes and thus the issue of concealment remains just as it did before with the shoe lifts.

You also fundamentally misunderstand the "baseline relationship" thing flat vs raised I am not talking about the toes and heel by themselves, I am talking about that which is between and around them: you're not accommodating for the extra stress put upon the achilles tendon, nor are you for a change(or lack thereof) in the arch.
