Someone here brought this up a while ago, someone here claimed that he managed to get several centimeters taller by following some kind of streching regimen. Can anyone elaborate? i have shit posture and i guess that probably affects my height.

Yep, I went through my medical files a few weeks ago and saw I measured an inch taller before my posture got completely locked (it was still bad then). Now I can barely get to about an inch shorter without straining and having my back curve and neck shrink
