Is heightfrauding worth it if theres a 99% chance i would get caught? If i were to heightfraud at school guys from my PE class would obviously know bc we change together so is it still worth heightfrauding then bc its 50/50 if the rest of my year would find out from my PE class.

You could height fraud by wearing shoes that naturally have thick soles.

You won't really get 'caught' because you're not doing anything like wearing wraparound sock lifts or height insoles, which are usually clowned upon. Wearing thick-soled shoes is a much more socially acceptable way to height fraud, at least in my opinion.

This site would be useful in that case:

If your friends point out that the shoes add height, just say that they're hand-me-downs and you just liked the way they looked.

Hope this helped, mark as solution if it did :Comfy:

Depends what height you already are as that affects the risk/reward ratio and you could probably be careful and get changed slower so more people leave then take them out your shoes when no one’s looking or putting your bag on your shoes or leave them on their side facing each other. However it’s still a risk.

I’d say it not worth it then. Just wear big shoes like thick new balances or airforces. There is a thread about best shoes for height so I’d say look into that.

Heightfrauding is like wearing a padded bra – you might fool people for a minute but once you're exposed it backfires. At 5'8 you're not a dwarf, and the risk of humiliation in the locker room outweighs the tiny boost you get from lifts. Thick‑soled shoes or boots can give you 1‑2 cm without looking obvious; anything more is clown shoes. If you can't accept your height, the only permanent option is leg lengthening surgery, which is extreme. Otherwise focus on lean muscle, posture, style and charisma. No one respects a guy sneaking lifts in PE class. – ethan santana
