so ive been around 180cm for year now, 2025 summer i was 179 now im 180 , im 16 y.o, my growth plates is open(bone age is equal to age), how can i boost my height? so i grow faster? my parents is 180 and 185, so i should be like 185-186 but im 180 and im afraid that i wont grow taller pls help me

hop on AI's and some type of growth hormone AI's to make sure your plates don't close early and some type of growth hormone (doesn't' have to be HGH bcs its expensive) the risks are real and the actual impact on your final adult height will be minimal but that combination should allow for you to grow a few extra cm. You're already blessed so im not sure why you'd want to risk losing bone density but it's your body man
