i am not gonna suggest an hgh dose cuz i dont know much about it and i dont wanna put you down a wrong path, but if both your parents are 5.9 and you are somehow 189 which i dont believe, then hgh wont do much especially at 16, your growth plates are probably almost closed (check with xray), but hgh not worth it if u are actually already 189 with parents 5.9, basically the top of limit
