Your body produces the most Human Growth Hormone (HGH) while you sleep.

Mechanism Of HGH:

Train your neck, which will also directly make your voice deeper

Banded Sleeping is essentially just sleeping with bands attached to your ankles to a wall or table. This works from plastic deformation.

A Russian man who was a former soviet height jumper grew 23cm in his 20’s



Frauding:

Use height insoles, the most comfortable you can walk with is 0.5inches, if you wear any more than that then you should wear long pants to hide it.
