1. RAW DAIRY:
Raw dairy is extremely important, especially colostrum. You should be prioritising and drinking raw milk 1–4L daily religiously during puberty for the calcium & lactoferrin and nutrients that make you grow taller. If you can get colostrum, then drink that as you're literally drinking the milk that baby cows drink to grow. Also ferment.
2. RAW BONE MARROW:
Raw bone marrow is rich in bio-available collagen and stem-cells which your body uses to literally regenerate bones. This is essential if you do LSJL as it will repair the joints.
3. RAW ORGANS:

Endocrine disrupters and microplastics lower testosterone. Avoid toxins like polyester (especially underwear), skincare, plastics, fluoride, aluminum, fragrances, seed oils, EMF, stress, use tap & shower filters, use natural soap. Take Test E or Halostein with HCG & MK677.

Its obvious that having forward head posture and anterior pelvic tilt can take up to 3 inches off your height. When you have posture problems you have tight fascia and visibly makes you shorter.
Solutions:
Fix your CO2 Tolerance by expanding your maxilla and fixing your deviated septum to allow better breathing and wider airways
