I combined pt1. with pt2. Here is the mostly natural Heightmaxxing guide.
Sleep 8–10 hours

Mechanism of HGH

1. RAW DAIRY:
Raw dairy is extremely important, especially colostrum. You should be prioritising and drinking raw milk 1–4L daily religiously during puberty for the calcium & lactoferrin and nutrients that make you grow taller. 4. FGFR3 Inhibitors
FGFR3 (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 3) makes a protein that is involved in cell division, cell maturation, formation of new blood vessels, wound healing, and bone growth, development, and maintenance.
Anchondroplasia is a gene mutation of this which results in dwarfism.
Inhibiting this by using something like Erdafitinib allows you to delay growth plates closure by slowing bone maturation and accelerates bone growth
5. Sclerostin Inhibitors
This is like a brake on bone formation, it blocks the signal to tell bone to grow and strengthen.
You don’t really need to take any drugs for this. You can inhibit it naturally with Mechanical loading, Parathyroid (PTH) spikes, Primal diet. If you want to take something, you can take Romosozumab
