I combined pt1. with pt2. Here is the mostly natural Heightmaxxing guide.


Sleep 8–10 hours

Your body produces the most Human Growth Hormone (HGH) while you sleep.

Mechanism of HGH

1. Secretion of growth hormone in the pituitary is regulated by the neurosecretory nuclei of the hypothalamus.


2. Growth hormone is released into the bloodstream from the anterior pituitary gland.

— NUTRITION

1. RAW DAIRY:
Raw dairy is extremely important, especially colostrum. You should be prioritising and drinking raw milk 1–4L daily religiously during puberty for the calcium & lactoferrin and nutrients that make you grow taller. 2. RAW BONE MARROW:

3. RAW ORGANS:
Raw organs are nutrition powerhouses packed with vitamin B12, copper, iron etc. They have also been proven to lengthen the mandible in mice. Eat organs like brain and liver at least once a week. Also include oysters, and being in a calorie surplus has been proven to make you taller.


— HORMONE MANIPULATION

1. Sunlight:
Sunlight is extremely important not just for hormones but for general health. Vitamin D deficiency, which is only bio-available from the sun & fatty fish can disrupt craniofacial ossification aswell as height. Sungaze morning & night, be outside as much as possible and ground first thing in the morning. If you want to take this a step further, sun your balls.

To reduce it, I would recommend natural methods as taking aromatise inhibitors can be too aggressive, and also remove all toxins and microplastics etc.

Grape Seed Extract:

Grape seed extract is a supplement derived from grounded-up grape seeds. There was a study where they found that it inhibited Aromatase (estrogen) through pyocydian dimers. Take 2000mg daily


Fulvestrant

Because AI’s like Letrozole has may side effects, we don't want to fully remove estrogen as it's important for the brain and body functions. Fulvestrant is more safe, because it doesent cross blood brain barrier

Anchondroplasia is a gene mutation of this which results in dwarfism.

Inhibiting this by using something like Erdafitinib allows you to delay growth plates closure by slowing bone maturation and accelerates bone growth

This is like a brake on bone formation, it blocks the signal to tell bone to grow and strengthen.

Good ass guide, I personally read this and really liked it. I'm ordering 1g of erdafitinib for 130$ next weekend, and more HGH. I wanted to get abalo but my mom advised against it sadly. Also, how does raw fermented milk taste? I think raw milk tastes really good personally, but I'm hesitant on trying fermented raw milk because it seems gross ngl.

6'1 in shoes. Pretty solid given the fact that I was obese from 10-14 years old and starved myself 15-16. Mid parental height was 5'11.75 and I'm still tanner stage 4 with more possible height growth. :feelsahh:

On my life you was not eating 500cals a day for over a year you fucking retard or you'd be dead, Even if you were eating in a prolonged calorie deficit i can 100% guarantee you the reason you had you growth spurt was because you started eating your fucking calories, not from some slop heightmaxxing methods. Raw organs are nutrition powerhouses packed with vitamin B12, copper, iron etc. They have also been proven to lengthen the mandible in mice. Eat organs like brain and liver at least once a week. Also include oysters, and being in a calorie surplus has been proven to make you taller.

— Posture

Its obvious that having forward head posture and anterior pelvic tilt can take up to 3 inches off your height. When you have posture problems you have tight fascia and visibly makes you shorter.

Solutions:

Fix your CO2 Tolerance by expanding your maxilla and fixing your deviated septum to allow better breathing and wider airways

Train your neck, which will also directly make your voice deeper

Sleep on the hard floor, this can fix your posture in 3 days because of proper spine alignment and 8 hour massage, also stretch the upper body.

Be mindful of your posture, don't hard force it but stop looking down and forget bad habits.

Heelsmashing:

Heelsmashing is smashing the heel with a wooden plank (Don't use a hammer, hammer is just irony) to make it longer as if you were wearing permanent height insoles. Massage your plantar fascia before this with hands and tennis ball. Someone on org has grew 2 inches from this method. You have to avoid hitting anywhere other than the heel. Think like face smashing but for height.

Frauding:

Use height insoles, the most comfortable you can walk with is 0.5inches, if you wear any more than that then you should wear long pants to hide it. To reduce it, I would recommend natural methods as taking aromatise inhibitors can be too aggressive, and also remove all toxins and microplastics etc.

Grape Seed Extract:

Grape seed extract is a supplement derived from grounded-up grape seeds. There was a study where they found that it inhibited Aromatase (estrogen) through pyocydian dimers. Take 2000mg daily


Fulvestrant

Because AI’s like Letrozole has may side effects, we don't want to fully remove estrogen as it's important for the brain and body functions. Fulvestrant is more safe, because it doesent cross blood brain barrier

4. FGFR3 Inhibitors


FGFR3 (Fibroblast Growth Factor Receptor 3) makes a protein that is involved in cell division, cell maturation, formation of new blood vessels, wound healing, and bone growth, development, and maintenance.

Anchondroplasia is a gene mutation of this which results in dwarfism.

Inhibiting this by using something like Erdafitinib allows you to delay growth plates closure by slowing bone maturation and accelerates bone growth

5. Sclerostin Inhibitors


This is like a brake on bone formation, it blocks the signal to tell bone to grow and strengthen.

You don’t really need to take any drugs for this. You can inhibit it naturally with Mechanical loading, Parathyroid (PTH) spikes, Primal diet. If you want to take something, you can take Romosozumab

6. PTH Analogs (Parathyroid Hormone)
