So barefoot i'm 188.5 cm i got these shoes and now i'm 1.92 probably going to add shoe lifts 2-3 cm to be 1.95 taking mk677 30mg rn upping up the doze to 40mg for 6 months hopefully i can get 2-4cm then going to add that fraud so i should be 1.98m.
