I have been looking at microcracks the wrong way, what I had in mind was just external crack but the bone isn't 2d you could also get internal cracks, now crack healing does make the bone thicker so external cracks could make ur bone thick but not tall. So theoretically when internal cracks heal they will become thicker and should push out a tiny fraction of the bone.

Remind me, how old are you? You should put that into OP.
Also you should try to measure your sitting height as well, this way you should be able to pinpoint where the growth has happened.

What proof do you want ?, pictures ?. Yes, I have pictures of the foot, hand, nose, ear, etc. together with a ruler to determine the size of body parts.
1 cm is very small, if you start swimming and stretching, you will also grow 1 cm and it will not be anything unusual.
how u noticed any side effects of taking relaxin?

Relaxin 2h after breakfast and 2h after dinner. Other supplements during breakfast and dinner.
I'm finishing this routine. My 1 cm is only a decompression of the spine. I will give up the traction bed and change supplements. In January 2020 I will publish a new routine.

BMP stands for bone morphogenetic protein. The whole group is encoded by genes with the same name.

so besides the supplements u listed, do you do any exercises for spinal decompression like inversion table? Also how long after taking the supplements do you use the massage gun?
I did exercises for 3 weeks. Now I stop, I take only supplements
I don't have a specific time. I do routines in the morning or evening, before or after supplements.

Lsjl doesn't work because people do it too often and too hard

My height has not decreased. It is possible that my extra height is forever. From 14/02/2020 I stopped taking supplements, lsjl etc. and now my morning height is 169, 1cm. Soon I will repeat my routine

It's complicated. I had to break my routine for two weeks because I am going on vacation. I had an accident and got to the hospital. Fortunately, I didn't break the bones. In the hospital, my arm and pelvis were x-rayed. After recovering, I had to spend two weeks in quarantine at home (coronavirus) Everything took a long time, but I can continue my routine.
