Im around 5,9 at 15 how far can i get with natural heightmaxxing i want to hit at least 6 foot ~185cm but i can't surpass 190cm (irrevelant because probably not possible)

please give answers and good ones, tired of posting the same stuff and i think its bannable as well but im not sure.

nutrient dense foods like organs, milk, & anything with fat soluble vitamins. Eat high calorie diet but try and maintain low body fat. get sleep and supplement D vitamins if you actually don't pussy out and try organs bc organs are high in vitamin A and vitamin A competes with vitamin D for absorption. if you exercise eat a high carb meal before so that you recover properly and don't over stress your body. eat consistently throughout the day don't have big meals

I would say to first stop all sugar as sugar like needs insulin to be absorbed and insulin sorta stops hgh production and a bit of igf-1 which are both essentail for height growth, and make sure to fast 16:8, which is fast for 16 hours cs fasting has been shown by studies (https://academic.oup.com/jcem/article-abstract/94/3/965/2596752?redirectedFrom=fulltext) that fasting does increase hgh production, and make sure to do high intensity activities like sprinting(ik it sounds like cope but it does work) and when you do break your fast, ensure you get plenty of protein, zinc, magnesium, calcium, vita D and complex carbs(not refined carbs such as white bread). with all these I reckon you can grow a decent amount provided that ur growth plates are still open.
