Supplements i take: Vitamin D3 1000 UI, Vitamin K2 MK7 50ug, Calcium 200mg, Magnesium 475mg, Shilajit 350mg, doing cardio almost daily (running + 10k steps), also wanting to try sprinting for the proclaimed hgh boost

Yes but depends on what country you live in but 1hr in the sun is enough but if your 166cm and 14yrs old you need to over dose buddy and don’t waste money on calcium supplements 200mg is nothing you need 2kmg and you can only get in food like Greek yogurt and broccoli(most milks have piss amount of calcium and if you drink a lot it will lower test and energy that will stunt your growth)

you don't take mk677 by injecting it lmao, it's a pill/tablet
why would it being a pill help what they think dbol, anavar, primo, anadrol even winstrol are pills and those are very much steroids

Retarded nigger milk literally had igf1 and hgh in it which make u taller. And yes it has oestrogens in it but they are estrones which are very weak and get broken down by yhe liver easily

the ONLY THING that will let you reach genetic height potential is lots of good calories.

if you cant use HGH, you must be milkmaxxed. its mandatory.

proof: I milk and peanut maxxed as a teencel. I am two inches taller than my brothers, one of whom is broader and more robust, and in fact genetically superior looks wise across the board. but he did not nutrient maxx so is 5'10 at the end of puberty, where I am 6'1. other brother is 5'10 but tiny frame, he looks a lot more like me but also did not nutrient maxx.

when thinking about supplements, consider the operative word: 'supplement'

the supplement allows you to get the most value from the base of your lifestyle, which is nutrition, rest and exercise. and also avoiding cortisol.

your supp stack is great, excessive even. but you must provide a wealth of nutrients to extract the most value from your supplement investments.
