posted here is my blood test after 6 months on letrozole. i basically tripled my androgen levels. HOWEVER, my estrogen PRE LETROZOLE was also 8pg with 400 total t. my estrogen NEVER lowered on letrozole i only got benefits from it, the testosterone increase. even after 6 MONTHS OF LETRO MY ESTROGEN NEVER GOT LOWER. the only thing letrozole did was prevent my estrogen from ever peaking or increasing, even with my massive weight gain. all of you RETARDS talking about how letrozole will crash estrogen are getting information from bodybuilders that have shut down their HPTA, hence their testes are not producing any testosterone so there is no aromatase activity. i tested my estrogen a total of 3 times on letrozole and never saw it below or above 8pg.

NOW I WANTED MORE. i decided the best course of action was to inject one 200mg shot of testosterone 2 days before blood tests. for those of you who dont know, one big shot of T will aromatize more than micro administrations. the downside? potentially raised estrogen for a week or two and downregulated HPTA for a few weeks. the results?? exactly what i thought they would be.

Most people at most grow 2-3 inches over the years! However, because you are a genetic anomaly, it makes some of your advice flawed. First, you are in a privileged position to be able to spend $400 a month on pharma HGH and letrozole, but most people don't have the financial ability to spend that much money, so I don't think growth hormone secretagogues like an MK677, or GHRP-2 are that bad of alternatives. At the end of the day, the goal is to increase IGF-1 to the point where you have levels that are enough to result in height growth or have IGF-1 levels that are similar to a child experiencing puberty!

Secondly, letrozole is not as great as you are describing it but still not as bad as people describe it. But since you've already discussed how people exaggerate its negative side effects, I will discuss how you are exaggerating its positive side effects. Letrozole isn't any more special than the other AI's that if you use it over the other AIs, you will get the best results. If the main goal at the end of the day is to get estradiol levels lower than 15pg/ml, all of the AIs can fulfill that. While Aromasin is by far the weakest AI, as it reduces estradiol by only 38% in young adult men, for the majority of males trying to heightmax, it can still get them down into that below 15pg/ml range! Also, you are an unusual case of already having extremely low estradiol levels even before hopping on Letrozole, probably signifying that regardless of the AI you used, the results would've been similar of the same! But I do appreciate the fact that you provided bloodwork showcasing how AI affects the body way differently when taking test compared to when you are off it. Bodybuilding forms for too long have misinformed the public of the effects of AI, as the only time they take it is on cycle, making them misinform people to think that AI will always lead to crashed levels!

Thirdly, there is no point in taking exogenous test while heightmaxxing. You are just putting your body through more than it needs to. Maybe you can mentally and physically handle it, but there will be many others, who will take your advice because you are a success in terms of heightmaxxing and will follow it, but run into many unexpected side effects that you probably didn't experience. For example, you can cause premature balding, terrible skin issues, and worst of all, negative mental health side effects. On top of that, why would you need your estradiol levels even lower than 8pg/ml? At a certain point, it becomes redundant and more physically damaging than anything. However, oxandrolone has been proven to increase height velocity in multiple studies, so I can't even say that I'm against adding it, until I do more research into the topic.

Fourthly, I am pretty sure in your case, you don't need to take 24 IU's of HGH (and is the HGH long-acting?). You have already grown 4 4.5 inches based on your previous dosages, there isn't much point in you increasing your dosages to the extent used for near-end-of-puberty patients, as in a pilot study done on teenagers that were close to final adult height, they used 0.2175IU/kg/day, meaning if the patient was 60kg, they'd have to be administered 13 IU's a day! And that was for them to grow an average of 8.5cm in less than a year. And assuming you aren't more than 70-75kg, I'm not sure you need to take 24 IU's of HGH. You are simply putting your body closer to harm's range and adding in more variables. I pray that the generic source is legit and not some bunkeroni.

Thirdly, there is no point in taking exogenous test while heightmaxxing. You are just putting your body through more than it needs to. However, oxandrolone has been proven to increase height velocity in multiple studies, so I can't even say that I'm against adding it, until I do more research into the topic.

Fourthly, I am pretty sure in your case, you don't need to take 24 IU's of HGH (and is the HGH long-acting?). You have already grown 4 4.5 inches based on your previous dosages, there isn't much point in you increasing your dosages to the extent used for near-end-of-puberty patients, as in a pilot study done on teenagers that were close to final adult height, they used 0.2175IU/kg/day, meaning if the patient was 60kg, they'd have to be administered 13 IU's a day! And that was for them to grow an average of 8.5cm in less than a year. And assuming you aren't more than 70-75kg, I'm not sure you need to take 24 IU's of HGH. You are simply putting your body closer to harm's range and adding in more variables. I pray that the generic source is legit and not some bunkeroni.

its best to follow idiopathic short stature dosing. a 70kg person would be taking just about 15ius.

Finally someone with iq. Did you start at the max dose straight away? I'm planning on starting on the minimum dosing then increasing up to max in 2iu increments until it plateous.

For a 60kg me that is starting at 6iu then increasing up to 12iu.
