Uc Update

It's been a week and nothing seems to have changed.

But when I press my cheek, the dent is crazy. So defenitly need to debload.

I'll try massages and upping water and potassium.
(On vacation rn, so no controlled diet)

Freyara. Didn't want to risk anything.
I heared the ali mashienes work from ppl who got them, and many ppl who didnt get it say it doesn't work.

So if u're really broke and just want to do some small adjustments with uc, u might be fine with the ali one. (Aliexpress, it costs like 80$ or so)
