I'm 173.4 cm at 16, turning 17 in 2 months. my last growth spurt was about 2-3 months ago where i grew like 0.2 in. dads 5'8 and moms 5'2. its genuinely so over for me. i want to grow taller w out abusing any compounds bc i care for my long term health. currently im trying to grow a little by fixing my lateral pelvic tilt. Im desperate for some advice on what else to do. also does lsjl rlly work?
