thats good but going to 12 iu long term is crazy but if it gives you results and you dont care about the risk then who am I to say anything a good rule of thumb is not to go to 0.6mg/kg/week (1 mg of gh= 3 iu) because that can cuase a bit of heart growth within 1 month however if you use 0.3 mg/kg/week 0 heart growth wwithin 1 month so maybe you could try 0.3 or something in the middle

Lol 100% not sleeping is making you shorter and smoking is a 50/50. Even if sleeping well and not smoking only increases your height by 1-2 inches that's huge you'll be 5'8 average height instead of 5'6. Also stack that with the gains you might get from HGH and you might be good tbh. After your growth plates closes smoke and not sleep as much as you want.
