I don't know what to do, I do sports at home, but I'm thinking of starting to go to the gym again, I usually do 100 push-ups, squats and twists a day. I have quite wide shoulders, I recently turned 15, I want to grow in length, my height is ~170 cm (5.7), maybe a little higher already, I drink vitamins, d3+k2, zinc, taurine, omega 3, collagen, magnesium b6, in the calculated doses of course. And I don't know whether to go to the gym or continue working out at home, I have a horizontal bar and dumbbells at home.
 
Get xray and height estimate, then come back

Js keep working out at home. But get an actual routine. Instead of this "100 pushups and 20 squats" a day bullshit. Like Upper, lower calisthenics split.
