Hello guys,I started to feel bad about my weight and I lost about 7 kg going from 69 to 62 as a 180 17 year old guy but my stomach is still bloated and my face too.What can I do?

You're not bloated, you're just recessed
 
First try to evaluate or get a scan to see what your body fat % is. If It's high then you just gotta go on a caloric deficit (1000-1500 calories or less) and burn more than you eat. Preferably by doing resistance training or cardio. Try to aim for around 15% body fat at minimum.

If your body fat is low (below 17%) but your belly is still big that means your bloated, aka your water retention is high. You can decrease bloating via drinking 4+ litres of water a day, consuming low sodium and high potassium (ideally a 3:1 or 4:1 potassium to sodium ratio) and sweating a lot to exude excess water.
