this is me in my prime when i was 19 what would you put me here on the psl scale in my prime. and last picture this is me today at 39 obese. i hope its not too late to looksmax i made alot of bad choices but i been working out at the gym and eating carnivore but only for 2 weeks.

even if you become ultra lean u will be stuck with that loose skin no matter what u do just live life bro

bro u need to get on a glp yesterday and do 30 mins of cardio 5x a week and eat 1500 calories
