can someone give me tips on bonesmashing infras I heard that doing small hits with the corner of a phone for 5-10min works
and can someone give eyepulling adivce
I know there are other flaws with my face but I want to work on eye area first for now

dont use a phone. the surface area of your phone is too narrow which will make your bones look uneven. use a hammer or your knuckles.

15 minutes each side, tap with a hammer each time, it should hurt more and more and you go
