im 17 6ft3 165 lean and i can bench around 225 rn and have a okay physique but ive been considering hopping on for a while and i need help with a cycle plan. my goal is to gain 20 pounds of muscle by the end of the summer what cycle should I use to avoid hair loss , ball shrinking and what should I use to restore my natural test once i cycle off. ive heard different things about enclo So any advice is welcome Im looking for a Plan

sounds like u have pretty high test and i wouldt wanna demolish that with taking more at your age benching 225 at your height is quite the feat at 17 just keep going natural for a couple years if progress slows down dramaticly then consider hopping on and with a consistent lena bulk gaining 20 lbs should be fairly easy

If you want to gain 20 pounds of muscle in 4 months, you're going to be taking hair-damaging compounds. Your balls will shrink no matter what, unless you use some HCG, because even TRT doses will shut down natural production of testosterone. Using something like Tren A with a test base is your best bet for reaching your goal. That being said, I don't think you're going to gain 20 pounds of muscle in 4 months, no matter what compounds you take, and especially without significant side effects (hair loss, gyno, blood pressure, heart health, etc.). You should look to start dutasteride or finasteride as soon as possible, even if you don't end up roiding. To address restarting natural production of Testosterone after cycle, you can, but you should ask yourself if you're going to cycle again sometime in the future, because PCT can be very harsh on the body, and you might as well just do TRT. I personally know that when I hop on, I will just do blasts and cruises.

My Cycle Recommendation: To completely answer your question, I would recommend that you pin 100 mg of Test E every other day for a 16-week cycle. This averages to ~350 mg of Test E per week. You should get blood work done before you cycle, 8 weeks into your cycle, and after your cycle. Why? The reason I only recommend 350 mg a week is that you should approach cycling from a "How low can we go?" perspective. Running 350 mg a week is not a super high dose, so you are sheltered from the worst side effects, but 350 mg will put you well within supraphysiological ranges of Test, which will allow you to put on significant amounts of muscle without feeling like shit or your back turning into a bio-hazard from acne. If you do hop on, post progress pics every week, I'm tryna see.

Okay bet but what do you mean by every other day wouldnt that be way more than 350mgs a week and The weight doesnt have to be straight muscle just most of it and i want to stay decently lean just with visible abs . Im comitted to this and will post before and after pics after i get a thought out plan and order them, prgeab makes me type weird dont mind

Sorry, I could've made it clearer, injecting every other day averages out to 3.5 injections per week. If I inject Mon, Wed, Fri, and Sun the first week, that's 4 injections, but because I injected on Sunday, the first day I inject in week 2 would be Tuesday, and then Thursday, and then Saturday, so 3 injections, and if you take the average injections per week, it comes out to 3.5 per week. Since the dose we want is 350 mg per week, all we have to do is use 100 mg every time we inject, which would average out to 350 mg per week. You'll stay lean for sure, so long as you watch what you eat and don't dirty bulk. Did you see my message about TRT after cycle, btw? PM me if you need a source. I'm thinking about buying some Test soon, and we could do a group buy.
