help debloating

i’ve been trying to loose face fat since like 8 months ago, but i can’t, i stopped eating candy shit and no matter what i eat i still get somehow kind of bloated, although when i stopped and had a better diet i did loose some bf% but now seems like i’m stuck, any recommendations? i’m tired of starvemaxing, won’t help me, any supplements or whatever that would be helpful? jfl
