you might have the worst eye region i seen and that saying smth cus my my one is bad cus of my infras so what i recomend is getting canthopexy to have a positive canthal tilt but thats temporary or canthoplasty to get a positivce canthal tilt thats more permanent and fat grafting in the uee but in your case its very bad i mean its the worst uee i have ever seen but fatgrafting would be an option for the uee aesthetic waiting had it and he had an incredible transformation .
