There was this guide I saw maybe about a week ago about how to stop social media addiction the main thing I remember from it is that it showed how to disable yt shorts. I don't even remember who wrote it. I thought I bookmarked it but I can't find it. PLEASE BHAIS HELP ME FIND IT
