Help Fix my shit skin quality

Not sure what to do. Currently I wash with cera ve morning and night plus moisturizer

I have redness, and scaring, plus tons of tiny holes everywhere/black heads??

Retinol?
GHKCU?
Dermastamping?
Acutane? (Only worry with this is will it all come back if I hop off?)

I want to fix this now, so ANY help is appreciated.

20mg accutane 6 months then Tretinoin 3x a week to maintain. That’s what I’m doing

iqlet post, contact local dermatologist or just use retinoids like tretinoin
