My ideas for joints especially are collagen supplementation.

My ideas especially for muscles are high protein intake.

My ideas for both is ideal sleep quality and quantity, and red light therapy.

Any suggestions? It is imperative that I optimize my joint and muscle recovery rate.

almost every nutrient is involved best thing u can do is to make sure you are at least reachig fda recommendations. Eating protein after exercising is important.

You can take up to 15g of collagen a day.

It’s cheap supplement too.
