That looks like my brothers. Get on accutane or tretinoin he’s tried everything otc including eating a healthy diet but still has it

don’t think diet is the cause for it, probably my work environment cuz i work as a kitchen porter but switching to bar work now cuz my skin is probably very reactive the kitchen environment

did he get it diagnosed? also tretinion caused the redness for me probably ruined my skin barrier cuz i never used it right over a year ago, ever since then ive had consistent redness from it
