I need help because I'm a little afraid of taking 3 pills (1785 milligrams) a day of potassium + eating 3 bananas and substituting mashed potatoes for rice or carbs... It is so much potassium? I mean I eat like a teaspoon of salt in a day so, Idk is okay, are my kidneys going to be okay? (jk)

Look at the back of ur bottle it prob says 99mg they all scam supplements it ain’t near 500

Yes I saw it, it is 99 mg per pill, total scam, I would have to consume approximately 40 a day to be consuming 4g of potassium bcs I eat approximately 1g of salt in a day... I'm screwed
