I am not trolling, I was squeezing in my cheeks and trying to see the bones underneath my fat by pressing downwards to simulate loss of fat on my tear troughs. Suddenly my left lower-eyelids improved by Taban started hurting. It has been hurting ever since. I took some pictures and I think it might be drooping slightly at the lateral canthus. My parents said they didn't notice a change, but I am worried it's going to drop and cause scleral show. It's still hurting and I have a headache on top of it. I am trying to squint more to make it better and avoiding touching the area.

3 years and 2 months ago.

I underwent almond eye surgery which combines lower Eyelid retraction with canthoplasty.

ok then you are hypochondriac, tissues stabilize few weeks after the surgery
Why's it hurting then? How do I know for sure I didn't damage my lower-eyelid? I was pulling my tear troughs pretty hard.

I was pulling my tear troughs down which could have caused my lower eyelid to stretch downward. If it tears through then it will permanently damage it.
