my personal ascension plan I have created is to first and foremost get genio for my weak chin with a chin implant on top so I don’t have the little bumps and so it’s wider as well I also want to get rhinoplasty with this because my bite is good being I had herpse appliance as a kid for my class 2 overbite but after this I am planning on getting aquilyx fat grafting or lypo depending on how I look after the surgeries and after that hopping on peptides like mt1 ghk cu I just would like some conformation if it’s completely over or if I can ascend to mtn possibly with this plan I’m 19 5

to make sure you don't get botched:

1. go to a reputable surgeon, not the cheapest bullshit skank option

2. there should be thousands of result pictures before/after showing results that are similar to what you want

each surgeon has different technique and idea of what they think the face should come out to look like (rhinoplasty's more often have this)
