i bought two 5kg dumbbells because 10kg is too heavy i need a workout program for 13 year old my wrists are skinny so i want to improve then i will learn bbj and muay thai or boxing
Goal:Forearm bigger and strong

only 5kg is retarded but anyway hammer curl wrist curls do them for 1 or 2 sets until u get to failure or 0-1 RiR
