Help me ascend! Considering hardmaxxing with peptides or roids. Aaand maybe surgery... maybe.

So im not really educated on this matter but i know for a fact that surgery is a certain way to ascend, but it has too many risks and i would like to avoid it. My situation is basically idk what i am since im new to this stuff(tried posting photos in this post but i couldn't so im still figuring that out) but i want to know if peptides or roids actually do something (a lot of mixed opinions on them.)Do they give bonemass and height or is it bs? Im 18 and i guess im probably a late bloomer since i still have open growth plates and have almost zero facial hair( just tiny hairs on my upper lip). Pls help and sorry if something is not written right ,English is not my first language.

Can you give tips on what natural would mean? Besides healthy diet and going to the gym is there more stuff i can do?
have good skincare, use dermatologically tested shampoo which wouldn’t damage your hair. lose bf percent to ~8, do a lot of exercises for your face muscles to have better jawline, jaw projection etc. do uudd (eyebrows up—>eyes up—>eyebrows down—>eyes down). find hairstyle that will suit you, wear contact lenses if ur eye colour sucks. debloat
your face (massage, ice, drink water, potassium and cardio). it will be enough for the beginning

forgot to mention, that u need to sleep on your back, and without pillow (optional, but will be better)
