What's the best advice for me who's stuck in ltn(maybe lmtn) - to ascend to HTN or HMTN at best? Hardmaxxing advice welcome, but limited resources cuz of age and can't do surgery.. and is it even possible lmao am I cooked?
For context I've already lost a shit ton of weight (203lbs down to 168) but I plan on cutting a bit more, other than that I'm very new to the community and do basic skincare pretty much nothing else. Js need to know my potential and where to start
