From what I can tell you’ve got asymmetry and exaggerated ratios of lips to nose

side looks fine I’m ngl it just looks like it’s to do with blurring of definition if you’ve ever gotten a ceph it can just tell you exactly what’s wrong in maxilla mandble relations
