Yo guys a new thread with 2 week old update from my last thread.

Help me ascend in real time (14)
HELP ME TO GET OUT OF BABY MANLET HELL :feelswhy:
I'm 14 1/2 (1/10/2011) 🇫🇷 🇪🇸 white teen and atm I take : 75 µg K2-MK7 + 1000 UI D3 in the morning, then in the evening, 30mg zinc + 2mg copper, and finally at bedtime, 610mg of Magnesium + 500mg calcium, all daily I eat clean and lift weights whenever I feel skinny. Can perform only softmaxxing (at least not some hardcore shit) + upper middle class. For growth, I am 167 cm = 5’5 1/2, 61kg ⚽️&🏃‍♂️ father : 182 cm, 6' mother : 160 cm, 5'3 & older brother 28yo : 176cm, almost 5'10.

Please help me with positive advice. I do not want any hate comments as what I may be doing is cope but atleast I might have tried. Be respectufull in the comment section and please illuminate me with savant terms and discoveries. No judging please, just recommending and honest opinions without them being fake just to make me copemaxx. Recommend other supplements, show me threads I did not know of their existence. This post is PRIMARELY to help my growth but can also be abt other things like Jaw growth as I am interested in that (gonial angle is way too obtuse). Will be making updates if thread becomes succesfull and allat. Please show me other threads.!
