Sadly theres only so much hormones can do. Like me you have some genetic faults that can only be fixed with surgery. Wait few years before doing anything, rn focus on nutrition and sleep.

man your young, for now just keep a simple skincare routine, try going to the gym, try eating healthier and figure out what you want to do with your hair. Your prob jus hitting puberty so just wait a bit. If you really want to fix your facial redness there's easy solutions out there like azelic acid.
