Similar story to mine. At 16 I was pre pubescent, tanner stage 2, and my hand x ray results were of a 13yr old. Lucky at this time I was fully aware of self improvement and was able to implement things like proper diet and exercise. At 17 I was 5'10 now I am 6'5 at 19. Yes this is genetics and a healthy lifestyle the only intervention I had was a sarm cycle at 17(most likely did more bad than good)

hard to help you "ascend" without pics although I would argue you're at a very good stage rn. You most likely want to improve your life and aren't retarted. just adapt a healthy lifestyle if you don't already have one, this will ensure your growth is maximized. maybe post face pics if that's what you are referring to when you say "ascend" and people can help you
