first photo looks like a thugmaxxed mexican shami. anyways, i'd always recommend to hop on hgh, especially since ur 5'8 and it helps with muscle and all that anyway without too many side effects that typically come from androgens. take accutane. and get surgery when ur older.

Get accutane, you got very bad hyoid so i would recommend to do chin tucks and neck curls
