6’1 18 in a month 195 lbs Be brutally honest on what i should fix first and how. Im starting calisthenics and a calorie deficit of 1943 kcal. I workout 3 times a week for discus which we mainly hit chest and legs but then i do my workouts after. If you need anymore info then ask. This is my first post sorry for lack of info.
