I’m 6’6” and 215 I’m on Reta rn losing weight and I have ghk coming. I’ll take any advice except rope. My ortho wants to give me an expander I already had one in like 5th grade but my palate is small asf.

stretch and do neck stretches, and do fascia release, this can help posture and facial assymetry, i been doing fascia release and this helped a lot to my tmj, and my facial symmetry
