bro ur fat just be honest with yourself, at that height you should be sub 70

Maybe post ur face or dm it me so i can give advise

1. Go to the gym
2. Build muscle
3. Lose “Fat” not “Weight”

Dont just go on an aggresive cut, take ur time so you actually build muscle
