Use Tretinoin or Accutane to slim the nose down, find a better haircut right now grow a mustache or goatee whatever you want use minoxidil for that and fix your uee

id use hydrocortisone to slim nose down, but I guess rub tret on your skin to have nice healthy looking skin, Accutane is just gunna give you joint aches dry eyes and fuck up with your hair bc of how much it dries it out, used it for like 3 month but it helped hella hella, but I had disgusting acne but I never documented it lowkey bc its not like iam using abaloparatide, or stuff that people dont use alot
