Ive been really trying to ascend, im now 13 and i just feel like im recessed, my infras are recessed, no jaw, no ramus, idk what to do, help… rate me brutally and give me advice, no bs like sleep 8+ Hours, Eat healthy, drink 2L+ Of water per day and mew, ive done that my whole life, im in benzoyl peroxide and thinking of starting azelaic, thanks.

You have an overbite
Visit an airway orthodontist to get this fixed
They will most likely expand your palate first as I can see the signs that indicate a narrow palate, then pull your jaw forward

Before diving straight into a plan with a random ortho, research airway orthodontics and your chosen orthodontist
Some use it as a marketing tactic while not knowing the craft

In the meantime before acting on my previous advice,
Get in the gym and eat your maintenance calories as you need the food during puberty however you seem like you could lose some weight
Train your neck as well, I don’t mean like those bed exercises, get a neck harness which you attach weight to and train it

yes, causing me an overbite just to fix the brackets and since i moved countries i didnt have time to tell him to fix it, might take a couple of months until i can

hgh as a teen? If i take that shit ill be diabolically tall, like 197, idk how much of expectancy it adds since my expected height at 18yo is 192
