Nootropic (I'll be stopping these in June after I'm done with my exams because these can cause sleep disruption, which is obviously bad for height-maxxing )

Letrozole 5 mg
Diacerein 100 mg
Glucosamine 1500 mg
Methylsulfonylmethane 500 mg
L-Arginine 3 g
L-Lysine 2 g
Omega-3 2 g
Ashwagandha 500 mg twice a day
Magnesium glycinate 1000 mg
Vitamin K2-7, D3, B-complex, C, etc.

Propranolol 40 mg sustained release for physical anxiety



Weight loss
Topiramate 50 mg + Dapagliflozin 5 mg + Metformin 1000 mg + 10k steps + 1600-1800 calories

Also about the height-maxx thing, I'm not delusional, I believe my growth plate are still open because I have grown 1 inches in the past 6 months, that's why I'm taking letrozole even though it has made my dih not work any more

no growing 1 inch isnt a reliable way to tell if your growth plates are open, could just be lying to yourself, go get it checked

sry, it was 2.5 mg, my bad and the ed is not that baddd umm I mean if I want too I could get my dih woken up, letrozole has made the urge disappear like i've opened the hub just out of habit sometimes but i have no interest or rather I'm mildly even disgusted by sex, like man I can't be asked to jack off,

Noo, loosing libido can be normal for crashing e2, i just didn't experienced at this lvl lol, what i experienced was most depression and apathy
