help me decide on some surgeries or other softmaxxes

i’m 16 about to be 17 6’2 180lbs don’t have the money for surgery yet and proly need to wait till i’m 18 but i would like to know what surgeries i should get prioritizing some over others there’s allot of educated people on here so i figured i should ask considering surgeries is the only thing that can really save me

Are you biting your cheeks or does your mouth just look like that?
Your narrow mouth and chin failo you, I think you can get commisuroplasty (lol) and a split genio. Also jaw angle implants would probably be decent.

If your bite is fucked then bimax but externally it looks structurally ok.
