Help me diagnose my problem please.

I'm analyzing my side profile and I'm noticing very interesting phenomenon going on. It appears as if my mandible is slightly recessed relative to my maxilla. Despite the fact I literally have an underbite so my maxilla is recessed That and high bf% is what's causing the nose to recess behind my cheeks. So why does it appear as if my mandible is shifted back when in reality it's shifted forward causing my lower set of teeth to go in front of my upper set of teeth. Could this really just be caused from very thick lips?

Upper maxilla for nose recession. And just because u have an underbite, doesn't mean ur mandible is properly developed, both can be independent from one another.

Yes I understand this but what I don't understand is why is it visibly not showing through according to my problems my maxilla should be giga recessed you can barely tell besides the fact My nose ala are recessed relative to cheeks if I get leaner you won't be able to tell this. If I get a LeFort 1 to fix the underbite My mandible will look giga recessed It already looks recessed even though it's not relative to my maxilla I'm just super confused there's no way my lips are that thick to make up for the recession I have on my bones.

The first thing I notice is your infraorbitals, not ideal. I think your maxilla is just recessed, and your overbite is covering it up. A pointy chin may also be hiding it

But there's good projection relative to my lip. If I get fillers or an implant it'll be too projected I don't think the problem is my chin. Here's a picture of me when I was leaner the problems remain but not as bad do you think getting would help me diagnose if this is a bone or tissue problem?

still a bone issue, potentially the positioning of ur teeth in ur palate. May be too far back on ur maxilla + mandible giving that puckered lips look.

It's a under bite if it was an overbite I wouldn't even be asking this questions would be very obvious according to my bone problems I should look like this.

But I don't look like this matter of fact I look recessed in the opposite direction and I'm so confused why I don't have a flat chin. So it's not my chin I'm starting to think it's because my upper lip is very thick making up for the recession altogether.

Ur maxilla is only mildly recessed while ur mandible is more recessed it seems

If you're correct and the roots of my teeth grew back further then they should have would a Le fort 1 even help? It would probably make me look worse but it would fix my orthodontic problem but I care much more for aesthetics. Is this condition even fixable?

By opposite direction I mean it should look like my chin and bottom lip is more projected than my top lip. It's not a minor amount either it's a lot 5mm of top lip projection despite the fact My bottom row of teeth are more forward than my top row
